first one wasn't very snowy :/ I thought it was oddly fast-paced to begin with, so it would have to be battle or horseback, and if it was horseback it would be better in plains or desert. Horseback snow music would need heavy percussion and a flute or something

I think the in-game versions of the EO music usually sound better than the arranged ones.

For some reason this song has an '80s feel to it (albeit a bit melancholy). I can't quite put a finger on what aspect of either though.
