*mutters* you know, joining everyone's account on our nooks is a great idea. Dad is now reading some of the books I've purchased, Mom contemplates it (I've discovered she's my drama buddy like certain Dean Koontz, but she doesn't like fantasy as me and dad do) and I get to read books that everyone has purchased.
^_^; except that so far I've avoided purchasing any of the more... sexy romance books. Normally they couldn't care less what books I've brought home from the library etc and I've had my ways of hiding them.
<_<; *sigh* It's not that I seriously really 'care' if my parents catch me reading these books (I'm 27 next week geez!) but I know when it appears on both of their Daily Shelves as all recent purchases do ^_^; I... hahahahaha.... I know I'm going to get very odd glances.
Awww, I'm going to have to bite the bullet and do it eventually just to get past the awkward moment *sigh*
"Yes, mom, your precious daughter does read these sorts of books. Yeah, your precious daughter who is 27, not 10 anymore."
-_-; *sigh* I don't expect her to 'care' that I am reading them, it's just I can imagine coming down the stairs one morning and her being like "Marie! What kind of book are you reading now." And the only thing I'll be able to do is turn a deep shade of red, mumble something and hurriedly leave the room.
Uggg, sorry mom~
