Also, grammar note. In typed text, the most grammatically correct way to write the name of a novel is in italics. Underlined text is mainly for handwriting.

Underlined is for book sources, at least that's what I've always been taught. Italics can also be used, but underlining is best for the titles of longer sources. When writing a bibliography, you must underline the title.
