Has anyone else read the 'DragonLance' series? How about the 'Heriage of Shannara' series? Just started book one of the latter. Pretty good I'd say.

By request of a friend, I've started reading A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin. I typically don't read Fantasy Novels (...this is my first, actually) but I've been enjoying it thus far.

[spoiler]So I guess this soon means I get to join the raving fanbase when I reach the end of Book 4 and find out that Book 5 is still not out after like 7 fucking years.[/spoiler]

I've heard good things about that series, but I'm frankly just not that interested in it regardless.

I really fell out of love with epic fantasy.
