No, that's just contours produced by her smile, accentuated by the whiteness of her teeth. Plus, she's under shade. It does not look like a moustache to me.

Kino's ride reminds me of a silly old TV series called Dukes Of Hazzard. It had a car that looked a lot like that in it that flew over hills. There was a lot of dust too, just like in that picture. It didn't have a Kino in it though, so it definitely wasn't as classy.

You're referring to the General Lee, who had a giant confederate flag painted on its roof. I saw a few replicas driving around Oklahoma.

The car I'm driving is something like a Buick Centurion or whatever -- I'm no good with cars -- anyway it's a convertible and a giant land yacht of a car. It was soooo much fun to joy ride. I ran around town calling people and being like "BE OUTSIDE IN 5 MINUTES" just so I could cruise up in my sweet ride. Also I grabbed Kevin and Nathan and was like HOP IN and took them all around town. It was much fun seeing other driver's reactions, too.
