I don't know, Flash is pretty bullshit with the Speed Force and all.
Although to be frank, anyone with super speed, and the various requirements (like reflexes) would probably be such if you'd think about it.

As far as I know, Superman doesn't tap directly into the Speed Force, so superspeedwise I have no reason to think the two are different. Though Goku teleblinks around as well as superspeeds, I guess.
Frankly, neutral ground without kryptonite is the best thing that could happen to Supes. I'm surprised he can walk on Earth. After being born on Krypton and living on Earth most of his life there should be kryptonite in his bones and hair.
Edit: Btw, sometimes Superman seems to handle himself pretty well, and sometimes he's Clubber Lang in the final round. Does anyone remember if he's ever been depicted learning or expressing serious interest in martial arts?
