Link vs. Batman?
Depends on which era of hero they are facing, but assuming it was OoT Link (the most common), and a more recent comic book Batman (the movie one seems nerfed in comparison), in a neutral environment, I'd say the edge goes to Link because he has the 3 magic spells. Other than magic, each of their weapons is really quite similar, except for Link's sword gives him more range in close combat while Batman has more speed and agility and fighting skill. Link's shield can block Batman's projectiles, but Batman is wearing armor to protect himself from the few things he can't dodge.
Am I missing anything? Slight edge to Link if you ask me, but that's not taking into account Batman's amazing mind. Hmm.

Mm, the mind makes it tricky. Link solves puzzles, rather than tricking people and such. Though he does occasionally have a sidequest like that, I guess.

Unlike Batman, Link carries his whole arsenal in his tunic. Batman has a blt, but he doesn't carry stuff that doesn't fit on his belt. You'd never see him puull a sledge hamemr out of his belt. XD hough, I would not be surprised if he did.
And I think maybe Heroes VS Heroes is a bit overdone... let's have the heroes of comics fight the villians of manga.
Instead of Supes Vs Goku, I'd love to see Buu VS Supes. xD I think even Fat Buu would give him problems.
