You are a good hair person. I would say you should keep it at about that length. I do not say that about a lot of people, either. Then again, I cannot quite picture it being shorter so I could be wrong.

This is from the very day I had it cut short:

It's tied back in the photo, but at the time it was chin-length with bangs. Now it's all shoulder-length (when it isn't going all sorts of curly-whirly).

I wish I had a photo of the 2 or 3 times I've had someone straighten my hair (not an easy task) back when it was long. I looked so different that I spooked myself when I would pass a mirror. "Who's in my apartment?! Oh. Me. Jeez."
