Kimiko might not have been right in her assumptions, but I found myself moved by her desire to defend Kino's honour. Her heart is in the right place, and I commend that. All the same, Starfe had every right to respond the way that he did. I am just as happy for you for standing up for what you believe in. Good on the both of you.

So the night before Thanksgiving I didn't sleep, then we drove to my moms place, ate a bunch, and drank some. I eventually fell asleep in a chair at about 11:30PM while watching Videodrome. This is the picture my brother took.


I'd just like to point out the full beer that is clutched to my bosom.

Also how this picture is suspiciously similar to one taken a Christmas in 2009.

He also feels betrayed if there is no semla on his birthday. I don't think he was faking that gasp.

The alcohol and food certainly doesn't help, but special occasions are usually the only chance I have to rest so I tend to go into them very tired. Also, if I don't remain standing while drinking I will almost always fall asleep. Actually I'm kind of a sleepy person in general, I can't lay down without getting tired or falling asleep, regardless of surface.

Speaking of sleep, I fell asleep while sitting upright in my bed around 7:30 pm and woke up at 7:50 am and had to rush to make it to an appointment. But that is so much sleep compared to my usual 4-6 hours.

So I was a comic convention two weeks ago. Every 2nd person there said that I look like Scott Pilgrim.

They also say I am a "hipster".

You look like any average person from the Northwest. Hipster usually wear clothes that are very uncomfortable for the sake of "fashion", and you look very comfortable indeed. Come to Seattle! You'll never be accused of being a hipster for dressing that way, your clothes aren't ironic enough!
