Ceremony site. <3 I loved that it was a museum!
Dress waiting for me to fill it. As I may have mentioned, this was my mother's dress 32 years ago.
Those earrings, by the way, were my Something Borrowed. They're my mother's.
And the shoes were my Something Blue. The New and Used, btw, where the Veil and Dress. Didn't especially plan around the tradition, it pretty much just worked out that way.
Thought about blurring his face but, figured, fuck it. Just don't let him know I showed you his face 'cause he wouldn't like that. Mr Kino, obviously, being silly.
More silliness.
I am freaking the fuck out right now.
So, of course, I jump the gun and practically scream I DO way before my actual prompt. Everyone has a good laugh about it.
The photographer captured this just as we'd walked off and thought we were alone. Our first real kiss as husband and wife. I remember it being the most tender kiss I've ever received.
Just outside the museum posing for photographs.
Time to party!
Groom's cake in the foreground; Mr Kino arranged that. He had our faces photoshopped on to the Army of Darkness movie poster.
Eating the cake. We were polite about it. I warned Mr Kino well in advanced that if he smashed cake in my face it would ruin everything. I really hate when couples do that.
Signing the marriage license. Now it's legal!
After I'd changed out of my dress and we were getting ready to leave...
...but gotta finish the keg first!
And much later, finally digging a fistful of bobby pins out of my hair!
