I've seen the GBA version twice, actually. Whether I get it or not depends if Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon has arrived. I was supposed to get it over two weeks ago. It only bothers me beause the store advertised this pre order thing all over the place. :( Normally they call, but they haven't. So I went in there and they really didn't have anything to say. I'll be out and about tomorrow so I'll have another look.

Man, I haven't played Trauma Center: UTK in forever. That was the first game I bought for the DS. I spent FOREVER on the GUILT surgeries. Those bitches be tough! I was only 2 levels away from completely beating the game. I was on the 2nd-to-last X level which is like OMFGSOTOUGH so yeah. Stupid killer squid things.

I can't think of much advice to offer. Are you running out of time, or killing your patient?

I don't know about Maxine, but the time limit was always the thing that got me. The patients life is infinately preservable with the Green Serum, but those five minutes always creep up on you.

Yeah, I was usually good on keeping the patient alive w/the green serum.

I have New Blood for the Wii, where you can co-op surgery, and it is AWESOME fun to coordinate a surgery. And way easier. I wish there was some wi-fi co-op for the DS.
