Elys, shall I create a higher quality photo dump for you? I've been having photobucket auto-shrink them. My fiance kept hurrying me along, otherwise I'd have photographed nearly everything in the Arms and Armor wing, especially the grand-hall which had the best lighting. The gallery spaces were dark ;__; and I couldn't use my flash (standard museum rule) ... which is a shame, since they have the best collection of samurai armor outside Japan!
Anyway, I took a bunch of reference photos of stuff like saddles and sword hilts.

I can look at this picture and pick out at least a dozen interesting things. Like how the Happy Happy Cultist is painting the blue sky or how the characters with a red background are under Giygas' influence. Even tiny details like the fact it's Poo drinking the water bottle, as it has little effect on Ness or Paula.
