Unless something crazy happened, like the game changed in some way since a year ago.

Alternatively, be the Medic. The Medic has some auto-aim. With the deathray (of life). You'll need it when you're moving around to not die. That's your job; not dying. You'll have lots of not dying to do. It's dangerous to go alone, take this!
