Really? Based on my Wikipedia outings, I guessed that he used element from his other books and used them in the series.

Of course, I'm probably wrong.

But if you're referring to Randall Flagg, then I guess that's a different story.

I still hate how he's portrayed in the mini-series (I've never actually seen it in its entirety, but I've seen plenty of snippets).
