Yo man this is one of the warmest and driest winters I remember here in OC
I didn't wear a shirt for most of yesterday. And it's rained like twice.

I was reading that the big impact across the Midwest is the Artic art moving south due to pressure (possibly caused by warming at the pole? not sure), and places like Western Europe are experiencing cold weather due to a slowing of the ocean currents which bring warm weather. Places like Winnipeg and Saskatoon are at the same latitude as far, far warmer locales in Europe, which are only warmed due to these ocean currents.
Actually, this reminds me of a fascinating study I was reading regarding the prevalence of blond hair and blue eyes in Scandianavia. I have just recalled that I find things fascinating which others find boring, and will thus conclude my post with something unrelated.
