Wow, I just decided to peek into this topic to see just how random the images were and have been suprised by finding members of a very rare breed: gamers who haven't played Portal.

I would highly recommend it to anyone regardless of their tastes or genre preferences (when I first heard of it, a first-person puzzler didn't exactly sound that appealling to me). The puzzles are fun as hell to solve, and often require you to think outside the box. It is also probably the funniest game to come from somewhere other than Japan. Also shooting a portal directly above you, then another under your feet is pretty fun.
