I enjoyed the tracks immensely - particularly battle music, but I will admit that I enjoyed P3's tracks more. Also I fucking HATED how during summer the music just did not play. Which was stupid. You spend a great deal of time outside more than the rest of the game and instead of cool music to keep you busy you get "*chiiiirrp*"

(Note: I have not played any of the Persona games. The following comment is based only on brief browsing of P4 tracks on Youtube. I have listened to some P3 music as well in the past.)

I find the music in P4 to be passable. It seems a bit repetitive and largely same-sounding from my sampling, although it does have a certain bounciness or catchiness to it, overall. I did quite enjoy and would like to point to two of the tracks I listened to, and .

I must note, though--and this is largely the reason I'm making this post in the first place--that I cringed whenever any vocals popped up. That's the element that turns me off from music of this general type, in games like the Persona series, TWEWY and others. Not sure if I can pin down what exactly it is about that sound that I don't like.

I can't speak for Persona, not having played it, but the vocals in TWEWY were really varied.
