I've been to the city where Hong lives a dozen times since joining here and Hong doesn't want to meet up. It's not for everybody. That's what book and game swaps are for!

But yes, an ItL meetup at a con would rock. If it's within the next few years and in a city Westjet flies, Nessy and I are in. (Flight benefits make it a lot more realistic for us to go.)

i'm just not too sure i could go to a con...

a minimum wage job supporting 2 people... not so great for frivolous spending

It'd be perfect if I got an RV and just spent a week driving around picking everyone up. :3 Save the cost o' flying. (though you Canadians would be trickier to wrangle up)
