No, that's wrong. Most of the time I don't care about famous people.

Maybe I'll care if:
Are you not on drugs?
Do you care about the world? politics, world wide issues, etc.
About being a good role model to those looking up to you?
Have you NEVER been arrested?
Are in the news because of something wonderful you did that did not just benefit yourself?
Do you live in America? Pay taxes?

Yeah, you know. Questions like that. Otherwise, I don't give a damn. I'd rather care about the single mother who sits two rows down from me who has five kids and somehow makes it to work before I do and dressed much better. o_o;;

I don't really care more about famous people than non-famous people. I do care about the inordinate amount of attention we give them, though. That... can't be healthy. See: Miley Cyrus.

Famous people (or as some might call them, "celebrities") get too much attention and money for what they're doing, but I've accepted that a looooong time ago so it doesn't really bother me anymore. Except for when they f**k up stuff and people somehow think they should praise those idiots for it.

Speaking of idiots, is there a place on this site to talk about comedy stuff or should that just get dumped in this thread like anything else that doesn't really belong anywhere?

Nah I just kinda wanna talk about comedians and maybe hear about funny guys that I haven't checked out yet. I like laughing and sharing the laughs and whatnot.

Germany, while not necessarily a rock, only has like...four international comedians ever mentioned on TV or anywhere else, so it's pretty close to living under a rock. I'm gonna check him out though, I hope he's good.

I've gotten into the british comedy over the past few years due to a dude I knew from Scotland, and I really like Dara O'Brian and David Mitchell.
