Literal ants in my pants.
Despite how many times I have stepped on rather unpleasant surprises, I insist on going bare-footed for any form of agriculture. This time, my foot found an ant farm!

I would hate to be in that situation. I hate ants with a burning passion, so yeah.

Today was a GREAT day! I'm finally out for summer break, (after failing both my math final but I DON'T EVEN CARE ANYMORE, CAUSE IT'S SUMMER TIME!) Went to my friend's graduation, and FINALLY beating the first boss of EO3! I'm just really happy today. It was a good day.

Today was a lazy day. I waited until late afternoon before showering, so missed the chance to buy groceries (supermarkets close at 18 on Sundays here). So I had to make do with what groceries I had, which meant cooking spaghetti like I used to years ago before lack of energy made me switch to ready-made sauce. Tasty

(although cleaning up the mess is a lot more work this way)
Oh, and I just discovered some cool new music

I love how mainland Europe use the 24 hour clock like it's totally normal, it's quite unusual in the UK to use the 24 hour clock outside the military and a couple of other professions and it's even rarer to call it 18, we'd probably call it 1800 or even 6pm if it's spoken. The Americans I used to talk to on the phone years ago in a call centre job didn't get the 24 hour clock at all. That was always fun.

Eh. It's spelled 18, but pronounced six. If there's reason for confusion, it'll be six in the evening.
I always have to think a sec whether 12 PM is 0:00 or 12:00.
As for dates, yah, the American middle-endian thing is super confusing.

^ Nah, it's pronounced "arton", short for "aderton".

So remember that time I was applying for an art school but I was freaking out because I didn't know how they wanted the work samples? A couple of days ago I had recieved a letter from the place you can ask after a loan for your studies, and obviously I was confused. Normally you get those after the reply from the school. Turned out somebody else had accidentally gotten my letter, opened it and then put it in our mailbox.
Short version: Remember that art school I applied to? I've been accepted. Yay~
