*whew*
They canceled classes. I am home safe without any more falls and my laptop is secure.
;__; although I'm a little sad they canceled class, since that means I missed my Senior Seminar, which only meets Mondays. Since last Monday was MLKJ day, this means that next week we have to turn in our topic reports without a chance to run them by the professor.

Psh, spiders are way better than scorpions. They sit around in quiet places and catch other bugs. I try not to kill spiders (we have brown recluses here and I don't want those in my home. I just relocate them and other little bugs, like rolly-pollies and lady-bugs) but scorpions *shudder* And what's worse is they always come in twos, so if you catch one... >_>; watch your back.
And have you ever seen a Scorpion with babies? It's like a fucking tank wearing little pale baby body-armor. They just crawl everywhere omfg so scary.
And my fiance wanted a scorpion for a pet, too. I can barely handle his scorpion-in-amber paperweight. An actual scorpion in my home?
I'd never sleep.

I think the only living creatures that ever bother me are mosquitoes. Oh, and humans sometimes but that doesn't count. I can't see any reason for mosquitoes to exist. Theoretically at some point many years ago they helped spread DNA and stuff. Whether that's true or not, they aren't important anymore. They don't contribute anything good to the wild besides food... but that's not made up for how much they suck!

Organic life is amazing <3
Better than spiders AND scorpions:
The world's smallest deer. Listen to this:
"The pudú has several interesting characteristics that distinguish it from other deer. It is able to climb fallen trees, and it is sometimes forced to do so, both to escape predators and reach food. Because of its small size, it is often forced to balance on its hind legs to reach foliage. When threatened, it barks in alarm
I want one. :3
