I tend to stray away from love stories unless it's extremely compelling to me, strangely enough, this includes incest more often than not.

I would agree with Kino on this subject and normally it's totally right, but I feel like a hypocrite saying this after admitting that my ultimately favorite manga is Angel Sanctuary.

But,

you just have to understand that I like it in that manga 'cause it's the ultimate unrequited love that they are, literally, put through the ultimate hell for. The scene in volume 2 chapter 2 where Setsuna is running around desperately trying to collect the posters and revealing his deepest darkest secret to everyone and ... I LOVED it! THE PAIN! THE FRESH EMOTION! ... now I just feel like some psychotic bitch....
