Likewise, I don't see a point for most other super-serious Simulation games (Like ... I'm pretty sure flying an actual plane is easier than in Flight Sim. Just saying). I don't know what it is exactly about GH that I like but it has an appeal to me that actually learning Guitar does not.

It may just be a case of "Enjoyment now vs later" or the fact it takes far less effort. Or something. I have no idea. I don't play GH much beyond when I first buy it to 5-star every song and then just occasionally for Vs. stuff. I long gave up trying to FC EVERYTHING and being TOTALLY AWESOME (at plastic guitar).

I will say I do not get the point of the DS Guitar Hero. That's just stupid.

Anyway. I went to the Asian supermarket in OKC today and bought delicious snacks. And funeral incense 'cause it smells good but feels so delightfully blasphemous.

Oh how the Tenchu series has fallen ... though I can't see myself not buying a game featuring stealth-action-kitty-shaking. I can't wait for Tenchu 5 and Motion+ KITTYWAGGLE.

I don't like cats myself. If you take mammals to be somewhat emotional, family/group-based animals, cats just don't fit in. They're more like lizards in fur coats. You get instances of things like owners dying of old age so their dog guards their body and won't let anyone near it, or they sit there howling sadly like a wolf. There was a story in the news a while back about an old lady who died in her house but she didn't have a dog, she had a cat. When people found her a few days later the cat had eaten her eyes out.

Honestly, dog's constant need for attention annoys the hell out of me. I like my cats because they are totally independent and we only want anything to do with each other when we need some cuddle-time. :3 Even right now, Lily is up against my lap, purring away, while I have my one arm over her TRYING to type.

The cat did nothing to me ... it's just such an awesome feature that I can not imagine it ever being topped.

Still, it's pretty hilarious to see it and I reeeally wish it was Wiiwaggled instead of (A). That'd just be so awesome and would, sadly, probably be the best part of Tenchu 4 unless Acquire actually makes this one not be terrible.

Edit: So, despite LittleBigPlanet looking totally awesome visually ... I didn't really care for the game much as it seems like a giant "CREATE-A-PLATFORMER"-thon and that doesn't interest me. But then ... I had found this:

I adore cats. It is my greatest sadness in life that my fiancee hates them and is allergic, and thus we will never own one.
I want to move to Tokyo so I can attend one of those .

I have two, though, they just live with my parents. ;__; *sigh*

She's 13 this year. We're total BFFs. She was my 10th birthday present; I had permission to get an inside cat. I paid 13 dollars for her at the shelter. I suspect she's part Chartreuse -- they're an old French breed developed as mousers by the monks. The cats are very quiet and loyal. They do tend to play favorites. She's a keen hunter, too, although not with mice -- she hunts scorpions.
She follows me from room to room, loves to lick my hand, sleeps in my bed every night, has a box addiction and owns me completely.

And this is . This is really the only way to get a photo of him. I rescued him from a gas station when he was a kitten -- it was during one of the worst heat waves in 20 years.. we're talking highs of 110-115 for two weeks.
After his initial terror (spent the first whole night tightly curled beside me), Tom grew into a big, spastic lunatic.
He randomly charges through the house, climbs furniture and picks fights with Ashley who always wins and always has since she used to be . Now he's twice hers! You can tell in the photo they're NOT happy about being in close proximity.
