So way back on Christmas my friend gave me some lovely handcrafted gifts. She put them in a Jessica shoebox for easier presentation. For those who don't know, Jessica is a brand name for clothing and stuff. Anyways when she first handed me the box, I was like "Who's Jessica!? >=|". From that point on we have made a few Jessica jokes here and there.
Well since she's been really, really depressed lately I decided I want to fix something up for her. I bought a pudgy patchy teddy bear, a Gundam 01 keychain and a Zidane FFIX figurine (she loves both) as a gift. Well, there was something wrong with the Zidane figurine but I'll cover that later.
ANYWAYS I put the bear and 01 into the same box she gave me last year and put "From" infront of "Jessica" with a cheaply drawn :awesome: for good measure and sealed it up with "(Definitely NOT from Zan-chan! '.') below it. When I dropped it off I gave it to her uncle to give to her and ran away as to preserve Jessica's honour!
As for the Zidane figurine, the darn guy keeps falling over. There is too much weight on the right side (he's in a battle pose) so I've come up with a solution. Next time I burn a tealight, I will remove whatever is left of the wick and solidify the empty metal shell with weighted clay while it's still flexible from the heat. I will then paint and decorate the new figurine stand as needed and lightly glue Zidane to the top of it! ^-^
I have many more things to do for her so I'm really looking forward to seeing a smile next time we meet. :D
