I hates dog, i really, really, really hates them.
Having a dog is like being the boss and having a employee that need your attention for everything. They don't bites you when you feed them just because you have a paycheck for them at the end of the month.
So, well, i have always had cats. A lots of cats... they die a lot too :/
I got my first at 5, my brother got one (and she's still alive ) 4 month later and then, the whole situation got out of our hand.
My cat got 4 lovely kittens, we kept them all. One is still alive and is a pain in the ass (i had to watch him for 2 week last september because i hurted himself going back home... amputation was the only alternative so i choose to stay in bed the next 2 week in order to restrain him so he would not move. I know, i got a lot of free time to do that ) but he is always beside me so i'm not confortable when he is not around. I'm glad he stopped to fart to say "Hello" when he passed 6 thougt... He still yell a lot but i can do everithing with him, from making him faint death to a... *insert some stupid idea here, i'll try to do it IF IT'S SAFE*
My brothers cat got 4 kittens too. We only kept 2 of them, 1 is still alive and well, she's cool even if she has her claw as sharp as katana, she's cool. My brothers cat also got 4 other kittens that we gave and one more on easter day one year laters. We kept the last one, he was crazy. Not crazy like Kinoko's third cat, no, he was really crazy. He used to stay all the day staring at a white wall, e tried 2 or 3 time to slept with my leg (erk, it was so awkard but hopefully for me he was a cat and not John Fante's dog depicted in West of Rome ).
Then 5 year ago, my mother who work at the SPA. I don't know if you got something like that in the us (you proably do, it's just that i don't know the name) it's basically an association that protect dog, cats and other animal and that do not try to do profit from it. Well, my mother bring a litle cat, 2 or 3 days old and we fed it for the next 3 month...so we kept it to.
This one is also a pain in the ass. She like to climb. There isn't a place in myhouse where she haven't climb... and when she was young, she could climb to tree but can not get back to the ground safe. For some reason, i had to learn to climb on every trees of my neigbourhood.
I got some pic of them but it would take me too much time to post them and i only have pic of the 4 that where still alive when we finally bought a camera.
