I'd probably agree with you. Movies ALWAYS suck compared to the books.

God, that's a classic in my family. Don't think I've really gotten a chance to see it, but believe me, my sisters and mother love it (at least 2 of my sisters and mother, I think).

...I'd hesitate to call anything under like 30-40 people a party. Even that, actually...

Then again, considering how my life works anyway ... I'm pretty used to 300-500 people being at our parties so whatever, I suppose. The kind of stuff that ends with people doing dumb things, incriminating pictures are taken, and then they become funny once all the world has seen them via interwebz. ... >>

For what it's worth, I am at a University with 428542750058420 people and live on-campus with a very active (read: we drink a lot) dorm of nearly 300 people.

Truth be told, whether or not it is a party depends on the person. When we were doing invites for the small party last weekend, I hesitated to have it called a "party" since, to me, a party is some GIGANTIC EVENT OF AWESOMESAUCE or something. Truth is, it just depends on the people participating on whether or not it was a "party" to them.

I run with a smaller crowd, I guess. I've never been to a party that exceeded maybe 30-40 people at one time. To me, party = friends over. One or two people coming over isn't a party, a party indicates a wide invitation and some semblance of hosting, whether that be provisions of food and/or drink and/or pot.

I don't enjoy parties that much. I prefer hang outs.

I already uninstalled mIRC because I prefer Pigdin. I'm using several different servers now without issue; dejatoons just does not like me. mIRC gave me the white space error, and on Pigdin I get kicked out for being a skank. I don't want to install mIRC again.
