Last night was aweful - I was just cold the whole rest of the night. And then about 4am I decide to jump into the bathtub and just soak in the hottest bathwater I've probably ever ran.
While I'm sitting there, in that half-awake delirium, I realize my stomach is starting to hurt a little. I get out, towel off and go back to bed and wake up half an hour later and barely make it to the restroom before I throw up T-T.
I only did it once and then again when I woke up at 6am. I check my temp and it's at 101. I sigh and resign myself to the fact that it's probably best if I call out of work because I get strange feeling that this thing has not even begun to run its course yet.
I'm glad I did. Shortly after that, my vomiting episodes became much more frequent and violent. >_> And a strange thing, my legs were just restless. I could't get comfy whatsoever.
And then I go from being cold to hot to cold to hot all day. It was NOT a fun day at all. At 5pm I realize there's no way I'm making it to class. Fortunately my teacher was kewl when I e-mailed him and he told me what we were going to go over in class.
My fever finally broke a few hours ago and I'm feeling a lot better - though still am definitely sick. I took a shower and I still haven't even gotten dressed. Just sitting and cooling in front of the fan since I'm going through another episode of being overly hot. I've stopped throwing up and managed to get a little soup down my stomach.
I just hope that tonight is a good night so I don't have to call out of work again tomorrow.
On another side note: <_<; My room got raided by my mom. She gave me Pepto (threw it up anway *sigh*) but while she was in my room she noticed my pile of laundry. >_< Ok, so I have this rather bad habit of leaving my clean clothes in the basket and not putting them away and throwing the dirty clothes beside it.
She proceeded to gather up all my clothes in the basket (my clean clothes.....) and took them downstairs.
*sigh* well, except for what i was wearing, every scrap of laundry I own is now clean. <_<; Moms are wonderful but I don't think I really appreciated having my room raided like that. Meh, still *shrugs* I guess I don't have to worry about laundry this weekend. BAH!! Leave me and my bad habits alone!!
