My toosh has gotten smaller. I know this because an older pair of pants became too stiff to wear casually a few years back. Now they fit without any problems!.. though this means some of my other pants will probably go where I kept the smaller pants. ¬ ¬ Not sure if I should be proud of this when I am at an underweight BMI.

It was early in the morning and as usual, I like to start up my machine and look over whatever project currently has my mind while I sip tea. Sometimes I will poke at things, especially if I had new ideas the night before. This was one of said times. I am writing and I stop...
Oh darn. Cannot think of the word I want.
This happens to us many times in our mortal lives. Usually when this happens during a conversation, we quickly spit out the closest match or correct ourselves. But this time, I just needed that word. My first response to such a crisis is to hit the web. Fire synonymous arrows and hope to hit my mark. Sadly my feathers did not strike true and with that I just cheesed my writings for the time being.
On my way home after conducting business. The correct term, or lack there-of, haunts me once more. "Hmm... French in origin, and used to detail a person in a clinical fashion. Starts with a 'd'...". I get home. Cook dinner. Clean. Take care of my injured mother. Eat dinner. Shovel. Write. Go spend the rest of the night with the gals. Come back home. Write. Image mine. Write some more. Then it is off to bed.
...
"Dossier!"
And here I am. Back on my computer. Just to change one line as to have the correct word.

So we had a snow day. And while I wanted to cuddle up comfortably with my PSP
my damn homework kept nagging at me. (Especially when the teacher posted up that while the test was obviously pushed back, the project was due same day next week.)
-_- I finally gave up and sat down to do it. :3 The good news is, I'm basically done. I just have to do some few touch ups and try to make it "presentable" (since in this class it's not just about the Java coding, but making the application look pleasing to the eye on the web).
I got a moment of terror, though. One of the projects was a real big logic-based one, but they were all "returning projects" that we had seen and done last semester, but this time we are just putting them in JSP format. So we really shouldn't have had to figure out the logic.
Except... I forgot how to do this one (which I had had some major difficulties with last semester). And then I realize o_o it wasn't on my flash drive - and since the virus wiped out my computer, it was no longer on my harddrive either.
T-T I had to sit back down and figure out the logic behind it all again and how I did it. It's not a hard program, but for some reason my brain just has areas that it gets into a blip and I have trouble thinking it through. I remember bits and pieces. Took me about an hour to remember and connect all the dots again. <_< It was not fun.
But, it's done. The funny part was, when I tried to think through the logic again, I kept having a problem where my "logic" and "math" weren't adding up. Like I knew the math HAD to be right, but when I did it in my head without the calculator it was wrong and wouldn't work. When I realized the error of my ways I had a deja vu moment. -_-; I had made the same error in thinking the last time I had this project. *sigh* <_<; at least my brain is consistent if nothing else. >_> Too bad it doesn't seem like I learned anything.
Oh well... *runs off to go play Class of Heroes shamelessly*
