Yes, but the recipe is, sadly, in german. I have a hard time translating it directly.
For 12:
150g salmon (smoked, torn to pieces by a fork)
1 EL citron juice (thats one of the soup spoons...german recipes use spoons as an indicator for how much of a liquid you need, I do not know if it's the same in english)
1 tea spoon dill
240g flour
2 tea spoons baking powder
Salt
80ml neutral oil (like sunflower oil, not olive oil which its distinctive taste)
2 eggs
1/2 - 1 tea spoon Wasabi (depends on kind of wasabi and taste, a lot of people do not like it super spicy. I personally always use the full tea spoon, which conveniently is the same as one of these little "packages" wasabi is sold in asia shops)
200g sour cream
1)oven to 180° Celsius, muffin form for 12 gets fatted normally. Fish gets mixed with dill and citron juice. Flour gets mixed with a tea spoon salt and baking powder.
2)oil mixed with sour cream, eggs, wasabi properly (I have NO idea how to translate "glatt rühren", but it basically means to mix the stuff until it's really all very well mixed and the individual parts are barerly noticeable)
Fish gets added. Flour mix gets folded in. The resulting dough gets spread into the 12 forms normally, and will be baked for 20-25 minutes.
