xD I should change it to mostly, because no matter how my avatar is dressed, he's always mistaken for a girl my random people. It's become a habit to go to their profiles and go: "Number X*, you have fallen for the trap."

I actually generally prefer to drink hard liquor when I'm out. Wild Turkey Bourbon being my signature beverage. BUT, I do love beer. A lot of beers are acquired tastes, and so some people just assume they are nasty tasting or what have you. I dont think it takes a particularly long time to learn to appreciate some beers.

@Kino: My favorite beers? I like Red Hook ESB, Fat Tire, Guinness, Bulmers Cider, Henry Weinhards Blue Boar, and this Flemish sour I had the other day but cant remember the name of it. I know I'm forgetting a few... I do drink regular old American beer, and when I do, its Rainier Beer. I much prefer to drink better beers, but sometimes the situation simply doesn't call for it (Read: Already to hammered from drinking Wild Turkey on the rocks). I am not a snob. I wont turn down a Budweiser or a High Life or even a Milwaukee's Best Ice (Beast Ice 24oz cans have been on sale for $0.91 at the gas station next to my house for about 2 months... I can't deny having been taken in by that deal.) I realize that not everyone wants to spend $8 on a 6 pack, and often times I don't even feel like coughing up that kind of money, so when I'm drinking on my own, doing homework, writing, or hanging out with my girlfriend or one or two people, I'll drink nice beer the majority of the time. Other than that I'll drink whatever is put in front of me.

@Everybody else: There are things about drinking that are incredibly unappealing. Hangovers, throwing up, getting punched, losing stuff, forgetting shit, spending money, all that sort of thing. Once someone has learned their limit, and knows how to control themselves, I think that drinking can be incredible. The problem is that a lot of people don't learn this early enough and find themselves in situations where they are pressured into drinking too heavily, have bad experiences, and are wary of alcohol from there on. Being from a family that encouraged drinking in moderation from about 15 or 16 years old and onwards, and only cared about safety rather than the rule of law, I figured my shit out early. I do still get way too screwed up sometimes, but I'm, quite thankfully, not the kind of drunk that ruins friendships and makes mistakes while drunk. Typically I just spend to much money on whiskey, sing, and tell embarrassing stories about myself that I'm usually relieved I dont have to keep a secret anymore. I like to be open with people, booze has helped me change from a really reserved person into a more open, heart on my sleeve kind of person. And I like that.

@Hard liquor

Ah, yes. No... no, not quite. I appreciate that, with beer, I'm much better able to judge my reactions. Also my stomach is like "oh, okay" as long as I'm not feeding it shitty 3-point.

@Miller High Life

bitch that is the champagne of beer! And 24 cans for .91 cents is amazing. I won't turn down your generic American lager macrobrew, but they too tend to disagree with my stomach, so there's that. I'd prefer a fancier beer, definitely, but I'm not going to turn my nose up at what's in front of me, either. I don't drink enough in one sitting to need to economize desperately.

I don't think you can get Fat Tire in Virginia. Yes to Guinness and I'm pretty sure I've had Red Hook before. I got the word that their Winter lager is pretty good so I'm trying that next.

@Drinking

Agree, binge drinking is awful and too many people think that's the only way to drink. I'm glad to be to a stage where all my social drinking engagements keep back from that embarrassing yourself, getting sick, incoherent sort of drunkenness.

Oh, that came out weird. I meant "24oz cans" not, like, 24 individual cans.

That would be terrifying.

LOLPARTYZ was never my thing. I tolerated them, but always felt awkward. It was too loud, and too many people.

I much prefer what I've been doing here in Virginia, which is more like 2-3 couples getting together at someone's house, or small parties of maybe 7-8 people. Largest regular party I attend is my Charades Club, which is more like 12 people.

Yes, that's right.

Charades Club.

In case of implosion, look directly at implosion.

Why my first time RPing as a female character is proving promising. It gets fanart like this, when it comes to her pairing: http://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m272 ... 1295999329

...My character is the one in the corner with the binoculars. XD

My first ever female character, Charity: Bitchy tsundere lady-knight with influences from Motoko Kusanagi(personality and appearance), Belarus(slightly in appearance), and Kneesocks(her philosophy about the rules XD). XD Sad thing is I feel I can play as her far too well for my own good. I dunno... does it seem very bitchy for a woman to kick a guy in the face and then pin his chest with her foot, while wearing high heels?

@Alcohol: I don't think I'll be drinking for awhile. My brother has been drinking and smoking pot and I just wanna wait until this is all far enough behind me to feel comfortable without worrying that I'll get addicted. XP General addiction and depression runs in the family. XP
