[s]High of 37 doesn't mean it can't be freezing. The early morning and evening temperatures can be quite cold. The late afternoon sun might warm it up to 37. A high is different from an average temperature.[/s] Also, if precipitation forms in the higher, cold atmosphere and falls to the earth, which is warmer, you'll still get flurries.
Didn't read your post carefully enough.
But the whole 'colder in the clouds than on the earth' thing is true. I'm just saying... But I'm use to crazy Oklahoma weather. Once you've seen a 72 degree morning turn into a 4 inch snowfall that night... Well.

Term Paper. Cryptography.
Started Saturday. Finished now. 34 pages, 11,434 words.
And, technically, it isn't done as I can still add tons of stuff in regards to NSA Cold War involvement and DRM.
Somebody kill me.

The sad part of it is ... it is due today by 9 AM (Rough Draft) and we're doing peer reviews ... yet I haven't received a copy of either of the papers I'm supposed to review yet. Oh boy...
