Toddlers I can handle. They're like a lot of the mentally handicapped adults I work with, except much much smaller and no one calls the cops if you put a leash on them. And babies? Oh my God, babies. I can sit there and watch a baby do nothing more than drool and poop and be utterly fascinated. You can dress them in a little panda suit and they can't do anything about it. And the smell. Oh my God, baby smell. I would give up scotch forever if I could just find a way to bottle that new baby smell. Of course, my biological clock is ticking so loudly that you could use it as the backbeat of a dance album, so I'm probably in a completely different headspace than anyone else here.
It's teenagers I can't stand.
I actually do not mind most kids. They're a hell of a lot more interesting and enjoyable to be around than most adults I know. Everything normal is such a big deal to them, and everything that is a big deal to us is no big deal to them. I find it all so refreshing. Plus, they can do everything an adult does and seem so sweet for it. If a grown woman is scared of a bug, I want to fucking kill her. If a little girl does it, I feel like a big powerful protector for squashing it. Little boys are by far the most fascinating people on the planet to me. They can make a gun or a knife out of ANYTHING. It's a talent I would kill for.
Teenagers, though... man. Seriously. It isn't cute like a kid, it isn't innocent like a kid, it isn't playful like a kid, but it is dumb like a kid, and ignorant like a kid, and selfish like a kid. But it talks like an adult, often masquerades as an adult, and throws a fucking fit if it is not treated with all the privileges of an adult while never wanting to face any of the consequences adults face. They will get in a car and they will think they are invincible and they will kill you or your mom or your dog, and usually themselves.
They are like... not even human. They're like those apes that use sign language, only instead of sign language, they mimic adult behavior and spout memetic bullshit and get pregnant.
I desperately hope my children turn out to be wizards, because then the moment they start sprouting hairs down there, I can ship them off to Hogwarts and let the Sorting Hat deal with their fucking bullshit.

Boss: Technically still being teenagers I find that kind of offensive. But there's still plenty of asshats who fit the description, so oh well.
I think the fault lies in allowing teenagers to congregate. It amplifies their ability to do stupid things tremendously.

In case of implosion, look directly at implosion.

Punching people is very romantic, and don't let anybody tell you otherwise.
