I have had a track record of hitting on my friend's husband on every encounter. When out and about shopping, I crossed paths with them. Our eyes kept meeting throughout the conversation in a most mystical fashion. As I walked away from them, I heard him say "You are growing more sexy!"

Hope he does not mind watching the stars with Fido.

o_O it's freaky watching the news and seeing a bridge, one of the routes that I could cross to get to work, featured where they are putting up flood gates.

And knowing that the main route I use, and the only other way that I know, was closed off because it might flood.

Umm... o_o I have work tomorrow... maybe not? Should I call? Ummm, I know the night manager, think I'll give her a call and see if she has any recommendations. Errr, this is kinda disturbing... I mean, sure this is all on the news but I have no clue what the situation is where "work" is, you know. Uggggg!!!

I should edit this topic thread to include "vs flooding" but it might be too long.

Called night manger. She sent some ppl home hearing that certain roads were closing. She doesn't really know about tomorrow or my one single route that I have left. I had her to just be safe mark me as absent so that I'm not "expected" though I'll still call and see if they know anything more about the road I travel (but I THINK I'M THE ONLY ONE THAT COMES THAT WAY!!)

I just do not want to be driving along and hit a road block and be like "o_o how do I get home.... ummm... FML!!!"

But I also don't want to have called out and miss out on money for absolutely no reason.
