Work tomorrow... Yay! Though I did enjoy the surprise four day weekend.... though the flood was a bit of a worry... ahaha.... :\

Whatever. The road I normally drive on was still blocked. Went out today to find an alternate route to work tomorrow. Seems all other routes are fine, just the one route.

It was sad to drive through the areas. You could see where the river rose to. The bushes and trees were all covered in this gray gunk as if some kid had not colored in those sections in a coloring book.

*sigh* All those houses and the jobs... I have not taken for granted how fortunate I am that I still have mine. -_-; *sigh*

Took forever to figure out if I was going in tomorrow or not. I kept calling work today but no one ever picked up. I just thought "well... maybe they'll call me tomorrow? if nothing else." Fortunately someone did end up picking up and I got to talk to my boss to figure out things. I didn't have any other number than the work number. It was... kinda scary. ^_^; I didn't wanna piss him off or anything, though I'm sure he wouldn't be THAT hardass about it.
