What, you're being sensitive about yaoi, or about sex topics in general? I didn't think I was being too explicit. I usually black out text when I'm getting into the gritty of things, like when I review yaoi manga in the regular manga thread and detail specific sexual organs or sex acts. I thought we were generally okay with PG-13 type language, and I, again, thought I was being within those guidelines with my statements.

If you genuinely think my comments were out of order from a mod standpoint I want to hear it. If it's striking you as especially taboo because of the yaoi issue -- that strikes me as wholly unfair. Yes, we have the NSFW yaoi thread, and the vast majority of what I post there is SFW, but I isolate the images and things to that corner of the forum because I understand not everyone wants to see Captain America kissing Iron Man as much as I do. I don't think it's fair I should have to isolate brief, non-explicit discussions in the same way.

I tried to write a post similar to this but I'm glad I didn't post it. I can never be as eloquent as Kino about this subject and it was something I felt she needed to address on her own. But essentially, everything in her post is something I agree with.

From an Admin standpoint: she has done nothing to break the rules. Nothing that demands needing censoring. Albeit the 18+ conversation rules are not really well defined since I just feel they are something that can only be gone by on a per-post basis, but I know in the past we have discussed far more off-colored things.

However, I also do not want anyone who is (trying to search for a proper, object term here without offending anyone in anyway) 'sensitive' to LGBT conversations to feel uncomfortable. So if it's something that you think needs to be further addressed, I'm open to conversation on it.

It had nothing to do with it being Yaoi, why would you think that?

I just didn't want to read a graphic depiction of rape that day, and I felt conscious of other people who might have felt the same, but if there is a consensus that what was written was still PG-13, then I don't care

Since we don't have a "Zammy is an Asshole" thread yet, I'll post this here. So yesterday, Nessy and I were getting new glasses with our mom at a little glasses place. I behaved myself fo a while, but when we moved tables, Nessy was about to sit in the swivel chair. So I pulled it out from under her as she sat down and she fell on her ass. My mom pretended she was calm in front of the lady, but her nostrils were flaring ad she mouthed "NO LUNCH". When we walked out of there, she freaked out and yelled at me for a bit. Then she tried to give me money tk buy lunch anyways to make me feel guilty, but i was like no. So i bough my own crappy cbinese food, and it was awesome.
