My grandparents have always had a pug.

... I dunno... I kinda felt that pugs were so ugly that they were cute :3

Don't think I could ever have one though. I'd get a shiatsu(?), or a pomeranian before a pug, though a welsh corgi will always have my heart <3

I had two pugs. Biggest pains in the ass ever. xD My dad HATED them. The pugs were adorably stupid though.

They're attractive in their own way.

I feel bad for them. They've been bred to where they can barely breath and have major eye problems.

For the health complications and the fact that so many well-deserving shelter dogs need homes, I scorn purebred dogs.

My mom purchased our purebred beagle from a pet store. He has been wonderful. I love beagles so much. If they did not bark so much and need so much running room (it should be a CRIME to lock a beagle up in a tiny apartment) I would totally get me one. I swear this dog is so intelligent you can have a whole conversation with him <3. Whereas our mixed-breed Shiatsu is too fucking dumb to live sometimes....

Still, I agree. SPCA animals are definitely the ones to look at first. Lily, Zoey (both cats), and Ash (sister's pitbull) were rescues. Cody was free and from a friend ^_^

The Occupy protesters just went by, and the guy in the front had a "WALLSTREET Y U NO BAIL ME OUT" and I'm like "Oh my god, if I posted that to reddit, I'd get massive karma"

and then I remembered my camera, which is 99% of the time ALWAYS in my purse, I took out today to make room for a ziploc bag of cookies, and I remember thinking "Gee, I always bring my camera, but what could I want to photograph at work? It'll be fine for one day" ....

Ugh, it's always the one time you don't bring something.

Your phone does not have a useable camera?
