It is poorly written, yes. I say if there is ever a demand for something like this that is not fueled by getting Hollywood an extra buck, it should be written by people who know their shit about internet related things, not whichever morons are doing this one. /2cents

Still no word on the SOPA Bills legislation... Though, I did find a video from Anonymous. Something tells me that this will be the greatest Raid in the Internet history, if it works out.

I don't think it will, it's not a big enough issue to platform on. So it nothing should pass until mid-term.

That and I heard somewhere Obama said he's going to push for a veto if it gets to the Senate.

That's be sweet. Obama's a cool guy. I just heard that it got turned down for now, but the vote was close. Yeesh.

It would be nice if he would wield the veto pen more often, given the present state of policy. But I understand his difficult position. He's trying to be Woodrow Wilson, the intellectual, but its not working.

Slightly related, how many people here regularly vote? I'm super into it, as a result of being raised in the US as an alien being told I would someday be a citizen, and have a say, but never be president like all the native born youth around me were told. My parents and myself all cast our first presidential votes in the same election, and it was strangely meaningful. My brother and sister are still non-citizens though.

Also I'm drinking German beer and that Wild Turkey Bourbon and phone posting, so forgive my poor post ability.

I haven't voted since I moved, because I haven't re-registered.

But I always vote in the Presidential.

I still have to register. xP I just wish independants had more of a voice in elections, because seriously... What's wrong with having no preference and thinking things though. Guess George Carlin was right. The government doesn't want educated, critical thinkers.

There hasn't been an election since I turned 18 but I definitely plan on voting. I think it's just one of those responsibilities that comes with all the rights and freedoms I have.

Basically, I now can't complain about our presidents, because I can now vote. Before I had no choice, but now that I do, if I don't vote, I can't feel like I have a right to complain. So, this is also just a bit of my philosphy for my reason to register as well. xP
