What's more dangerous: a door that opens OUT of a room or IN to a room?

Often, doors that open both ways are meant to be pushed in both directions by carts or people not expected to have free hands and so do not have handles to pull.

I personally think the most dangerous kind of doors are revolving ones.

Well, when it comes to dangerous doors, trapdoors are certainly near the top..

In the engineering building at U of C there used to be doors a few stories up that opened into midair. I think those are pretty dangerous. But then they nailed them shut because engineers like to pull pranks.

Elevator doors. .... I swear, one of these days someone's going to shove their hand in the door to make it stop closing and it's not going to. .....
