Happy New Years, ItLers!

A week late, but Happy New Years.

Apparently I ate a lot of food and passed out before the stroke of midnight. Year of the dragon is only once every twelve years and I was asleep! 0/10. But I digress... this year many dragon sisters and brothers will join my ranks.

I went to school with a dragon. He was crazy awesome. Everybody thought so. Even he.

Eh? Isn't New Years supposed to be later, like, in February or so?

No, wait, of course not. I dumb. If it were in February, my dad wouldn't be a dragon, as I know for a fact he is.

Well, a belated happy new dragon year to y'all then. I'm a fire dragon btw, and my parents are both water dragons.

It's more of just a straight image-blog at the moment, but I might start incorporating my yaoi manga reviews to it later.

For simplicity sake I will code the involved parties as Alpha, Bravo, Charlie and Delta.

Alpha has been a long time friend of Bravo. Bravo comes to Alpha with all of their problems. Bravo has a friend, Charlie. During their time together, Bravo starts to have feelings over Charlie that are new to Bravo. Charlie helps Bravo understand their sexuality. Bravo and Charlie consider a relationship after they have had some time explore. One day, Alpha meets Charlie. Alpha and Charlie have a modest friendship. Over time, despite Alpha being open and honest about where they stand together, Charlie develops strong feelings for Alpha. Charlie is convinced Alpha is just denying love for Charlie. Bravo still has not gotten over Charlie, and Charlie still indicates some interest in Bravo, but not as much as their interest in Alpha. Bravo is sobbing in the friend zone.

So Alpha comes up with the scheme of developing a public guise of being in a relationship. This way, Charlie will have to back away from Alpha, and become closer with Bravo. So far, this seems to be working as intended. Unfortunately, Delta (someone very close to Alpha) hears of this from a third party. Delta has feelings for Alpha as well, and is deeply crushed by Alpha apparently jumping into a relationship with no one Delta has heard of before. Delta feels this is ridiculous, because their friendship with Alpha is stronger than anything either of the two could have for anyone else, which is true. Alpha has not had the chance to talk to Delta, because Delta is being Elmo and hiding away. Now it is up to Alpha to meet up with Delta, face-to-face, to tell the truth.

This is not in the rant thread, because this is too juicy to not find myself completely hooked. Have not witnessed this sort of thing since high school. It is just like one of my cheesy romance novels. <3
