Second.
The first time I failed before we even got out of the DPS, I had to back up and I somehow wound up going over the curb, which is an automatic failure, That was three months ago. I really honed my driving skills for this one, but its still a giant relief that this big hurdle is gone. It allows me more freedom to go places I want to go.

Being able to drive a car was the first step I took towards liberation. It was an amazing feeling. I'm happy for you.

I failed my first time, too. We start out with parallel parking. We got so many moves up and back and hitting the curb is was an auto-fail.... I hit it...

Well, because I'm a lazy bastard, I'm in drivers ed right now (whereas I could have been 2 years ago). Funnily enough, tomorrow we're practicing parallel parking.

*sigh* I'm terrified of driving. x_x It's so stressful for me, and I wish my family members would understand. My sister is always begging me for rides and can't understand why I say "I've never been there" or "I... I really hate to drive through that area."
x_x it's way too stressful. @_@ Anyways, yeah, I only got my license, what, two years ago or so? It's not been very long.

I don't have a driver's license and don't expect to ever get one. Traffic is often tricky enough on a bicycle. I would make lots of accidents if I had to handle traffic and drive a car at the same time.
I've often wondered why they don't make cars easier to drive. Why all those pedals and sticks and wheels? A keyboard would be so much easier.

The driving part is fine. I can handle a car decently... I'm sure there are those better than me and once in a while I do back out too fast and kinda hit the edge of the road with too much force that kinda earns dirty looks from my sister...
It's the other drivers I'm afraid of. I literally will NOT park in our McD's parking lot because of the fucking morons. I'm BACKING OUT and people will suddenly drive up and sit right behind me.... WTF?! Do you WANT me to hit you? It's a good thing I was paying attention!
And then the morons that do sudden three lane changes while driving down the free way.
THIS IS YOUR LIFE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT!!! YOU SERIOUSLY WANT TO DIE BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO MISS YOUR EXIT THAT BAD?!!!
Seriously, I've missed my exit thousands of times. I've never had the urge to suddenly chance fate to make it in time. I simply hit the next one, drive down the road a little and I'm usually in the same place I wanted to arrive at. Seriously, these exits are that close together and everything is that connected. I don't get it. The risk-chance-reward thing is not in their favor.
