Is there any money for me in a psychological evaluation, or does it only keep the psychologist employed?

It can help you get to know yourself better. What kind of evaluation would it be? Personality, interests, mental vulnerabilities, intelligence, there are many kinds of possible evaluations. Depending on that, you could learn something new about yourself, have suspicions confirmed, or have something to put in a CV.

Is there MONEY is it?... Maybe, actually. But psychological evaluations aren't typically about increasing revenue. When they do result in more money, it's typically just a happy side effect.

Ah I see. I did one of those myself a few years ago. Nothing interesting was found, as expected, except for high intelligence, which for some reason is considered a liability when you're applying for lower level jobs.

If you can do it for free or low cost, might as well do it. More info is always better, no?
