I like this quiz. It asks some interesting questions. Oh, and I got my favorite guild without fishing for it, so that's cool. Bonus points for showing other possible matches, for pulling questions randomly from a pool, and for randomizing the order of the answers.

Random quiz is random. But I keep getting Dimir, Azorius, Izzet and Simic.

Christ, you're blue. Those are all the blue guilds. And if you keep getting them in approximately that order... well Dimir and Azorius have colors allied with blue, and Izzet and Simic have colors opposed to blue. So... yeah, pretty... pretty blue.

But yeah, Simic is green/blue.

I haven't played much MTG since Pogs were still en vogue. I probably have a couple decks collecting dust somewhere in storage.

But anyway, I went through it three times:
1) Azorius, Dimir, Izzet, Orzhov, in that order.
2) Dimir, Izzet, Azorius, Simic.
3) Azorius, Dimir, Simic, Izzet.

It didn't matter much that the answers were randomized. It's mostly obvious which answers match up with which guilds. The results were not surprising; I do see myself kind of as a cross between Azorius, Izzet and Dimir. I did not fish for any particular guild.

Re. Simic in my results:
That was probably due to a few of my "let's all please just get along" or "all this is kind of irrelevant/meaningless in the long run of natural processes anyway" type answers. In general, my views do not align with those of the Simic.

Re. Orzhov in my results:
Probably due to my one or two answers to questions about how I understand the workings of the world. Like most surveys/quizzes I take, I sense that several of the questions in this one confuse is/ought. For instance, just because I might recognize that money and ambition do kind of play a large part in making the world go 'round, doesn't necessarily mean I think that's how things should work or that I value or want personal economic or political power per se.

Re. Dimir in my results:
My answers to several questions indicate a preference for control of information. However, I would not seek to actively use knowledge as a weapon—quite the opposite. While I do think transparency is generally good, I do recognize the power and destructive potential of knowledge, and keeping it from others or otherwise not being completely democratic with it would be with the intent of attempting to limit that destructive potential. (Think movies where the world is likely coming to an end and of course everyone would wanna know but the governmental or scientific organization that has found out about this isn't broadcasting that fact all over the place.) So all my Dimir-leaning answers are really points in the Azorius direction.

Going by what you just said and by your first results, I'd say:

You like order, and you like maintain that order by knowing as much as possible, particularly about the things that people are hiding. You disdain the use of underhanded tactics, but you remain cognizant of other people's use of them. So we got full blue, full green, and now full white.

There's really only two good ways to describe the colors. Detailed write ups of their nuances and one-word descriptions.

Red: Chaos
Green: Nature
White: Law
Blue: Thought
Black: Self

*mutters* took the test again, changing up one or two answers with some "second best" options that I lingered over and still got that Azorious one, but the secondaries changed: Dimir, Simic, or Izzet. :\

Aww, why am I white? I wouldn't mind being blue. I could probably take the quiz and answer to aim for that one, but it's not the ones that jump out at me as being the best options.
