I didn't even know that was doable.

You'd think these morons had never seen a lanky-ass teen biking through the snow-covered sidewalks with a flat front tire at 8 in the morning. C'est la vie Canadienne, chiennes!

Just took my next to last exam online (Government test, I knew it was going to be the hardest one so I studied for it bigtime over the past month), and it paid off! 92.5 on the multiple choice section and now I just have to wait for the grade on the essay portion...
I despise memory based courses.

I despise essay exams.
Glad your studying paid off! I hope you do well on your essay portion as well. ^^

I just hate any exam where the professor is purposefully vague about the content and format. It serves no purpose but to attempt to force you into studying an entire course of material, or going for memorization when it turns out to be essay based. Thankfully, in my coursework, my finals and midterms have been predominantly research papers. I don't have to take a whole lot of exams.

I'm writing the script for some dumb monologue I have to present in English on Monday, but my idiot teacher gave us no rubric or any indication of what she wants done, just a vague topic.

Well, since its an oral monologue she probably wants to leave it open ended. That doesn't seem that bizarre to me. I'm mostly talking about sit down final exams where the professors never even mention whats going to be on it, including topic, until you sit down to take it.

She's just kind of a sporadic teacher, she doesn't tell us anything then marks us hard. Our class average is significantly lower than every other class, and most of us are usually pretty good at English courses.
edit: Asked by a girl I don't know that well to go out for a slice of pizza, then next days she's talking to me about her boyfriend... Oh.

^ So she only teaches your class? That's a bit odd.
Edit: Ada Lovelace on Google!

Alright. Draft of paper done, clocked in at around 18 pages of my 14 limit. Gotta shave off about 1000 words. I'm looking at you, historical context section.
