Watching 4th season of Psych, while The Mentalist is getting flatter and flatter (they should focus more on the dichotomy rational Patrick/crazy vengeful Patrick imho, the only character I like is Kimball Cho)
Also 5th season of Dexter is almost over and the finale is gonna be spectacular.
...I'd really like to keep reading Dexter books, but its first publisher in Italy lost the rights and now it's being published with HORRENDOUS yellow covers showing pics from the tvseries and I refuse to buy a book with a cover like that u__u

Hey, it's not like the source material is different. I actually have a few paperbacks without covers (torn off or otherwise) and that's fine with me.
My Martian Chronicles book has "THE PEOPLE OF EARTH CAME TO MARS" on the front instead of the cover art, and it actually looks cool.

Considering the story of the Dexter books ... meh.

I find book cover design fascinating.
But I'm a weirdo that way.

I was looking for other books to read not long ago. Fantasy novel covers confuse the fuck out of me. They're either bland (i.e., just the title), a bored shot of some person (typically tits), or "wtf is going on?!"
...so yeah.

Book covers and book titles SUCK. ..... :3 An epic drinking game!
Go into a bookstore into the fantasy section and everytime you see the words or pictures of "Sorcerer" "Dragon" "King" or "Prophecy" take a drink. And if you see "The Dragon King" - just drink a whole fucking bottle.
.... I doubt you'll make it to the third row. Hell... second row even.

Incidentally, my wedding guestbook was an entire collection of old scigi/fantasy covers:
We had people sign over and among the photos.
It's appropriately titled "Tomorrow and Beyond"

I just got home from watching Black Swan and I got to say, this has to be one of my favorite movies this year. It may have some perverted scenes in it but omg, that story was amazing.
