I hope not! I mean, there's only so many clever titles in the world before someone accidentally creates the same one. For example "Dragonrider". It's the title for my next book but I'm sure someone, somewhere, out there, has that title as their book too. <_<;;

Not on book titles, trust me.

Just try working in a bookstore and someone giving you a vague one-word title and getting 15+ results. "Is it a novel? Do you know the author? Do you remember what it's about? Do you know what year it came out?"

Well, it's not like it really stopped me. I'm still thinking strong; in fact, one random story I came up with randomly has evolved into something rather interesting.

Number of stories I made for my series totals 8 and rising. 2 are short stories, though, or at least not full on novels. I just haven't been able to write down stuff, and like it.

Welcome to my world, except replace sequel with ideas that can take place in the same setting. Or prequel. I know I kept coming up with sequels when I was still trying to make it into an RPG.

By the way, I'm curious. Does anyone here associate some song or piece of music that they associate with the stories they're writing?
I've been doing that since I started. They tend to change around a lot. So I figured I'd show that while showing off the assorted stories I had for my series, since I don't actually tell people often. Or at all.
Note: There's a reason why "War Chronicles" is rather appropriate moreso than just "Chronicles."

Well okay, not everything. I don't attach any sound/music to things like coding, which I normally do best in silence. But most things, yeah.

Ok so we have less than two weeks. Anyone know what they are writing yet?

I've decided to participate. I have a story called Dailin Diaries I've worked on in the past but it was only the barest of drafts (a "fun" project) - I'm sure you guys remember me chatting about it since your reactions seemed rather favorable - and while I found the work immensely fun, it's time to set down some rules, and work on it seriously. Turn it into something I may publish. Honestly last year I could not get any work done on Meix but I started this story like the last week and I surpassed the Meix wordcount by like near double.

I just love this story and the characters are very familiar. I had long since placed them in the category of "beloved but not publishable" so it's great that they sort of get this opportunity.
