Incidentally, I found this out awhile ago but I keep forgetting to ask if any of you guys would be willing to help me out with this:
It turns out that the Dragon Chronicle preorder bonus booklet contains a second puzzle like the .
[spoiler]You need to set your computer clock to BEFORE Y2K, so I think anything during 1999 will do. Then, visit "dragon.sega.jp/quantumrondoogrephoenix" and there should be another movie.
The previous one only required that you visit betwen 7:00-7:59 AM, but with this one, my router won't let me connect to the Internets when I change my system clock. There was a download link, too, which I'm hoping there will be with this one -- if anyone would be willing to test this out and share that would be awesome

I got onto an internet connection that doesn't break when I change the date/time.
[spoiler]Turns out the date needs to be set to around 11PM December 31, 2000. The reward: MP3 downloads and a movie of some of the development screens.[/spoiler]
Incidentally, the text in the flash movie at the URL when you haven't changed the time, "千年紀の終わりに", should be recognizable if you're a fan of Phantasy Star--it is the subtitle of PS IV, "The End of the Millenium".
