What do you eat?

I particularly love how the prominent flavor in V8 juice is the tomato <3 which is my favorite flavor of all.
My cup of V8 is now empty. *sniffle* (well, I did have it about three hours ago). *sigh* I'm now depressed... reduced to water...
As much as I love V8, though, I can only drink a little at a time. When I get a can I usually only drink half to 3/4 and then put the rest back for later. It's just very thick ^_^.
I'm particularly trying to get myself to only drink it at certain times right now. *sigh* since I'm kinda trying to watch my health and am going to the gym, I'm reducing my meal portions and when I feel hungry in between meals, I'm sipping drinks instead - particularly V8 which my body seems to recognize as a "food" substance rather than just drink. I'm also drinking a glass of water before every meal to also help reduce the meal portions. Well... reducing meal portions isn't exactly going well.... -_-; but, I'm trying. It's just food tastes so good and it's just hard to get myself into that mind set.
I think the hardest of it all is the fact I usually DON'T concentrate on food. When my stomach growls, I get up and eat. Or if I'm stuck in my room all day writing or working on a site I will skip meals (like I did today), which I don't think is a good thing, either, since it makes me eat that much more the next meal I do eat. So, the hardest part is putting the FOCUS in on the situation.
Well, it's little steps at a time, I guess. :3
