Homemade organic gourmet cupcakes from the farmer's market. Strawberry lemonade with butter cream frosting, fresh strawberry, and candied lemon peel, Black Forest dark chocolate torte cupcakes with butter cream vanilla and cherry frosting, and gluten free carrot cake with pecans and cream cheese frosting.
The little cupcake lady who makes them is so cute, too. She's all "I don't know why but people just love cupcakes nowadays, so I thought I would just play with some of my recipes and bring 'em here!" The market opened at 8:30am, and we got to her booth by 9am. She was almost sold out!
Only let myself eat one because it was so early (I justified it as breakfast). Had a strawberry lemonade. Now, I'm a cupcake lover, so I am probably biased, but I had tears of joy from eating that thing. I never wanted it to end!
I thought the cupcakes from my wedding were awesome, but I would travel back and time and swap them out with these in a heartbeat. she apparently makes a marguerita and pina colada cupcake, too. Dear sweet God.
