Also, I tried eating a bit of my coconut oil before I put it into my hair. That may sound strange to you, but with natural skin/hair products that have very basic ingredients, I can tell a lot about it just by how it tastes. Obviously if I can smell it will taste soapy, I will not do the taste test. In this case, it actually comes in a rather solid form. It does not really have a taste at all... As a coconut lover, I am disappoint.

Makes my hair feel nice, though.

last night for dinner I ate three pieces of bread

Switched over to a low carb (hovering right outside of ketosis range), moderate protein, high (healthy/animal) fat diet. Means that my breakfast right now is a 3 egg omelette (with added Omega-3) stuffed with sauteed spinach, green and red peppers, onions, garlic, and swiss chard with a slice of bacon with all the sauteing done in a little EVOO.

Good times when I can eat that much healthier yet actually have flavor, though this did mean I'm sacrificing my normal practice of making weekend breakfasts with all the fixins'.

Plus no more homemade pasta, bread, rice, etc. Sadness. So, so, so sadness. Cauliflower "rice" and spaghetti squash only go so far, I imagine.
