I was just told of the existence of something called lobster bacon alfredo.
I don;t care much for seafood, but that sounds delicious.

You lost me at 'alfredo'. Bacon doesn't sound like a great idea with lobster either, but cheese makes anything disgusting.

Cheese is amazing, though I'm torn on using much of it these days. Still, a little slice off the block of cheddar I keep is nice.
Been back in the cooking mood though now fueled by my new diet (essentially zero carbs; primal/paleo, essentially) with a higher protein and (healthy) fat intake. I got some fresh fish today and I'm looking forward to trying to not fuck up making a basic hollandaise for it with some asparagus. Mmm.
Edit: Ooh, I have some fresh blackberries too ... need to find something to go with that as a sauce.
But tonight, wings because I saw some wings when I was grocery shopping. I have some almond butter left and celery so it'll be nice. Think I'll make a batch of biscuits for them too because I have the coconut flour lying around and why not bake something.

I am not much of a bacon person at all to be honest. I rather just have the lobster as it is.
As for cheese... I do not like it as much as others do, but I am not as sensitive to it as Kimiko is, either. Never one to shy away from dishes that do not focus too heavily on it. I can enjoy pizza, for one thing. Then again, I might enjoy pizza more without cheese if I would try it. My friend from Italy is always barking at Americans for putting so much "junk" on their pizza. I had always grown up with the mindset of "the more, the better!", yet lately I have been trying to cut back on the amount of toppings I use to better appreciate the pizza at its base. It has been nice.
Also, I have another reason to cut Scy. Clearly he stole away my culinary will, for I have not found it in me to cook much at all. Been preparing plain and simple meals as of late. I have always had rice roughly six out of seven days a week, but that is where the meal has ended on some nights. Most of the time I will resolve to eat rice noodle, as that requires minimal cleanup and provides fast results. Thankfully, high intake of white tea and munching on nuts while at work or on the go has provided some form of protein. Got to support my hair!
If you forfeit those asparagus and blackberries, then perhaps you can be forgiven.

^ I can still see crust, sauce, and cheese on the pizzas I eat. :3
I don't like thin crust very much.

No way, scy. The best pizza I have ever had in my life was gluten-free. I'll get the recipe for you ASAP!

Working on it!
Have you been to Ruggles Green? Or am I mixing you up with another Texan ITLer that lives in or around Houston?
Either way, when you don't feel like baking a gluten-free pizza from scratch and don't mind a slightly thin crust, Ruggles Green has good stuff. So does Russo's New York Pizzeria, for that matter, and they deliver! It's pricey, but as an occasional treat, really nice.
